Lee V. Gaines is a multimedia investigative journalist with a plethora of experience covering subjects ranging from education, politics, the criminal justice system and social justice. Gaines specializes in character-driven investigations and storytelling for both audio and the web. She is currently an investigative education reporter for WFYI, the NPR member station in Indianapolis. Her work has appeared on numerous national broadcasts, including the NPR news magazine shows, All Things Considered, Morning Edition and Here & Now.
